Flow State Swell

Patience between projects is a skill that has taken a long time to cultivate.
Creatives are intense, passionate people who love to ride the wave of the flow state. But the swell is not always consistent—much of the time, the seas are flat, leaving the starving artist confused, unproductive, and agitated.
Quite literally, stuck out at sea.
Yet, as always, pleasure can be found on the other side of the artist’s cyclical pain. For once the artist sets sail on calm seas, rest, stillness, boredom, and freedom can all be embraced.
A deep regulation begins, allowing time to cultivate a different kind of flow state
