Move @ Home

This initial home visit is designed as a slow, thoughtful entry into coaching — giving us the time and space to understand you, your body, and how you move in your everyday environment.
Rather than rushing into exercise, this session focuses on listening, observing, and identifying what truly supports your capacity, confidence, and long-term movement health.
Sessions take place in your home, allowing coaching to be shaped around your real space, routines, and current needs.
What this session includes (90 minutes)
- Whole-body movement assessment in your home
- Discussion of health history, pain patterns, fatigue, and capacity
- Observation of how you move in daily life (sit-to-stand, walking, reaching, etc.)
- Gentle, guided movement to explore strength, mobility, and tolerance
- Practical adaptations using your space, furniture, or equipment you already have
- Education around pacing, recovery, and sustainable progression
This session is collaborative and client led. Rest breaks, pauses, and adjustments are always welcome. Family members or care givers are absolutely encouraged to take part.
Who this is for
- Chronic pain or long-term health conditions
- Disability or reduced mobility
- Post-surgery or injury recovery
- Peri-/menopause support
- Neurodivergent clients
