We begin with a contact point done via phone, email, google meet or any other way suits best.
We set personal, strength, mobility and fitness goals that can be tracked on the user-friendly app. Each 30 days we check in on the goas set to assess the journey, we also have a food journal that can be used in conjunction with the program.
Members will have the ability to contact the coach at any time, all workouts have videos to follow and the ability to track your journey.
